When the spine is properly adjusted the nervous system functions at an optimal level enabling the rest of the body to follow suit. Dr. Gochnour uses the latest technologies, such as thermal scans, to accurately pinpoint the location of any nerve interference and then effectively adjust the spine in order to eliminate the imbalance in the nervous system.
However, adjusting the spine is only one component of Dr. Gochnour's therapeutic touch. In addition, she evaluates her patient's diet, exercise patterns, body composition, and stress levels seeking to inspire them to think proactively about their health.
